Day 01- ARRIVE DELHI
The tour representative of Buddhist Circuit welcomes you on your arrival in Delhi, India. Check in at the hotel and after some rest head for the sightseeing tour of Old Delhi. Visit Rajghat, Red Fort, Jama Masjid. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02- DELHI-AGRA
On Day 02, head towards the railway station and board a Shatabadi Express for Agra. On reaching Agra, proceed to the hotel. Check in at the hotel and after some rest, set on a guided tour of Agra City. Visit Taj Mahal built by Shajahan, Agra Fort, Moti Masjid, Sikandra Tomb. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03- AGRA-VARANASI
On Day 03 of the Buddhist Circuit tour, proceed to Tundla railway station to board a train for Varanasi. On arriving Varanasi, head towards the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 04- VARANASI
The morning of Day 04 of Buddhist Circuit begins with a boat ride on river Ganges to see the sunrise. Return to hotel for breakfast. Then, set on a half Day guided tour of Varanasi city. Visit Vishwanath Temple dedicated to lord Shiva, New Vishwanath Temple with Geeta engraved on its marble walls, Tulsi Manas Temple and Banaras Hindu University. Later in the afternoon proceed for the famous Budhhist center-Sarnath and see Dhamek Stupa there. In the evening return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 05- VARANASI-BODHGAYA
On Day 05 take an early breakfast and proceed for Gaya. On reaching Gaya, Check in at the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 06-BODHGAYA
Day 06 of the Budhhist Circuit Tour is spent at the Mahabodhi Temple. Mahabodhi Temple is the place where Gautam Buddha got supreme enlightenment under a Bodhi tree 25 centuries ago. Return to the hotel for overnight Stay.
Day 07-BODHGAYA-RAJGIR-NALANDA-PATNA
On Day 07 take breakfast and drive to Patna. On the way to Patna, visit Rajgir-the place where Gautam Buddha meditated and preached. At Rajgir visit Gridharkuta Hill with its famous monastery venuvan Vihar, built by king Bimbisara. Also visit the ruins of famous Nalanda University. On arriving Patna, check in at the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 08- PATNA-KUSHINAGAR
Take early breakfast and drive towards Kushinagar on Day 08 of the Buddhist Circuit Tour. Enroute visit Vaishali- the town wear Buddha announced his approaching Nirvana. On reaching Kushinagar-the place where Buddha attained Mahaparinirvana, check in at the hotel and after some rest, head on a tour of famous monasteries. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 09-KUSINAGAR-LUMBINI
On Day 09 of the Buddhist Circuit Tour, take breakfast and leave for Lumbini in Nepal. On reaching Lumbini, check in at the hotel in Bhairawan. In the afternoon set on a guided tour of Lumbini-the birthplace of Gautam Buddha. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 10-LUMBINI-BALRAMPUR
Proceed for Balarampur after breakfast on Day 10. On the way visit the ancient capital-Kapilvastu. On reaching Balrampur, proceed for the hotel. Check in at the hotel and after some rest visit Sravasti in the afternoon. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 11-BALRAMPUR-LUCKNOW
On Day 11 of Buddhist Circuit tour proceed for Lucknow, after taking breakfast. On arriving Lucknow- city of Nawabs created by Asaf Ud Daula, check in at the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 12-LUCKNOW-DELHI
On Day 12, set on a guided tour of Lucknow. Visit Bara Imambara built by Nawab Asaf Ud Daula, Chhota Imambara and Museum. After lunch proceed for the railway station to board Shatabadi Express for Delhi. On reaching Delhi, head towards the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 13-DELHI-ONWARD DESTINATION
Morning of Day 13 begins with a sightseeing tour of New Delhi. Visit Humayun's Tomb, Qutab Minar, India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament House and Rajpath. Return to the hotel. In the evening head for the international airport to board flight for the onward destination.
